Every property we buy has its own story and a few challenges to surmount in order to get to the closing table. As buyers we have to be problem solvers.

This particular property we purchased off market for cash was so challenging to other buyers who came before us that they could not even get inside the property.

As described in the video, we were able to differentiate ourselves here in such a way that the occupant of the home (who was not the owner) allowed us to come inside when others were refused entry. We were able to complete a full tour of the home and ultimately close because of the approach we took.
