Josh and Elina are reliable and experienced property buyers. They have been buying real estate since 2011. Their experience includes purchasing everything from single family homes to multifamily and commercial properties.
They live on the East Side of Cuyahoga County and are local, active real estate investors, buying both West Side and East Side properties. Their mission is to be sincere and honest buyers who at all times act with integrity and respect when working with a seller to reach a mutually agreeable price and terms for the purchase of their property.
Josh and Elina buy properties directly from sellers without involving real estate agents, keeping transactional costs low and closing timelines faster than the typical retail sale. For over a decade they have been buying residential and commercial properties in a wide range of conditions and circumstances, and greatly enjoy converting difficult properties and situations into wins for sellers and beautiful spaces for future occupants.
They are not wholesalers. And unlike flippers who often do shoddy work and try to flip a property for a quick buck, Elina and Josh keep almost all of the properties they purchase. They consider themselves owners for the long-term, and truly enjoy the process of renovating, repairing and maintaining those properties in great condition. They think of it as a way to keep their community and its homes in good shape.
